Justin Davis, the son of a homebuilder and founder and president of Davis Properties of Tennessee, has been involved in the homebuilding business his entire life. In 2002 he began working alongside his father Ron Davis, President of Classic Design Homes, as director of construction. Justin has been working in Westhaven since the very beginning, building the very first house on the square. Davis Properties of Tennessee was formed in 2004.
A Williamson County native and graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in finance, Justin spent several years in the corporate world before joining his father in the homebuilding industry where he learned many valuable lessons as a builder of luxury homes.
The goals of Davis Properties are to provide an enjoyable experience for homebuyers and build a high quality product that is built to endure and increase in value. With emphasis on client communication, attention to detail, the energy-saving measures that are incorporated into each home, the workmanship and professionalism of subcontractors and a team of interior design consultants, Davis Properties strives to make the building process fun, educational and as smooth as possible. Being a small company, Justin and his team can take the time to work closely with their clients. Clients will see Justin on the jobsites regularly making sure every detail is taken care of to his high standards. Davis Properties also builds in Southern Land Company’s Windstone and LaurelBrooke communities.
Justin and his wife Ali, a local Realtor, are the proud parents of two sons, Parker and Cooper and one daughter, Lucy. Justin is very active in the community, his church and he loves spending time with his family. |
